Airbus and AVIC Xi'an Aircraft Industry (Group) Tianjin Company have inaugurated a collaborative effort on the assembly of the A321 fuselage system. The A321, being the longest fuselage variant within the A320 family, signifies a pivotal milestone as this marks the inaugural assembly of this model in China, underscoring Airbus' deepening industrial commitment to the region. The forward and aft fuselages of the inaugural A321 aircraft have arrived at the Tianjin facility, with the system assembly anticipated to conclude and be delivered to the Airbus Tianjin A320 series aircraft final assembly line in October this year.
