Hubei Province has unveiled a fertility support policy aimed at enhancing housing availability for families with multiple children. The policy advocates for increasing the supply of upgraded housing units and urges eligible regions to offer housing subsidies, either in the form of monetary amounts or additional square footage, to families purchasing commercial housing. Families with multiple children will benefit from a floating maximum loan limit of at least 20% when applying for housing provident fund loans, with some regions having the flexibility to further elevate this ratio based on local conditions. Furthermore, the policy encourages the application of first-home loan policies for these families when they utilize housing provident fund loans to purchase a second home. For families without city-owned homes who rent, if their actual rent expenses surpass the standard extraction limit, they can withdraw funds from their housing provident fund based on the actual rent incurred.
