Recently, approximately 20 digital and automotive Weibo bloggers, including "I am Dabin's classmate", "Stone Tech", and "Racing Frappuccino", have been muted. Several bloggers have disclosed that their primary accounts have been suspended for 15 days and have expressed concerns regarding the muting process. In response, Weibo CEO Wang Gaofei explained that the muting was a result of these bloggers targeting their criticism at new energy manufacturers and entrepreneurs. Following this, the Weibo administration issued a statement clarifying that users who persist in slandering, defaming, or attacking businesses, as well as disseminating false information, will face temporary muting.
