On July 11, Bomin Electronics announced the termination of its planned acquisition of equity in Meizhou Benchuang Electronics Co., Ltd. The two companies had initially signed a framework agreement in September 2024, outlining Bomin Electronics' intention to acquire up to 86.8535% of Benchuang Electronics' equity for a maximum of 250 million yuan. However, following deliberations that took into account actual conditions, the target company's future growth projections, and the current market environment, the parties were unable to agree on the key transaction terms. Consequently, they decided to terminate the acquisition. As per the terms of the agreement, Benchuang Electronics is obligated to reimburse the 28 million yuan deposit, along with accrued interest, within 30 days.
