As per CCTV reports, the Aircraft Accident Investigation Bureau of India unveiled the preliminary findings of the Boeing 787-8 plane crash on the 12th. The report indicates that within moments of takeoff, the fuel switches of both engines were simultaneously toggled from "on" to "off," disrupting the fuel supply and causing the engines to cease operation mid-air. The cockpit voice recorder captured a conversation where one pilot inquired about the fuel cutoff, to which the other pilot denied having performed the action.
