On June 30th, a Boeing 787-900 aircraft operated by European Airlines encountered technical issues, necessitating two emergency landings during a flight from Asuncion to Madrid. Just ten minutes after initial takeoff, the plane emitted a "PAN-PAN" distress signal and was forced to land urgently after jettisoning fuel. Following a brief rest and a subsequent takeoff, the same problem recurred fifteen minutes later, leading to another emergency landing. Consequently, the flight was canceled, and all 272 passengers were safely evacuated. The root cause of these technical issues is currently under investigation.
