On June 27, 2025, the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR) Government announced the appointment of 34 members to the Chief Executive's Council of Advisers, including three new additions: Wang Xingxing, the founder of Unitree Robotics; Han Bicheng, the founder of BrainCo; and Zhu Min, a senior expert panel member of the China Center for International Economic Exchanges. Since its inception in 2023, the Council has assembled a diverse group of outstanding leaders and globally renowned experts from various fields, offering invaluable perspectives for Hong Kong's strategic development. Chief Executive John Lee expressed his hope that the Council will continue to provide insightful suggestions on issues such as Hong Kong's economic transformation, alignment with national strategies, and deepening international cooperation.
