During the meeting, he proposed recommendations aimed at deepening cooperation among BRICS nations. The event culminated in the review and approval of the "2025 BRICS Brasilia Declaration on Science, Technology, and Innovation," along with a consensus on refining the existing cooperation framework. Additionally, Lin Xin engaged in discussions with Brazil's Deputy Minister of Science, Technology, and Innovation and undertook a tour of local scientific research institutions.
