Recently, northern Guangxi, western and southern Yunnan, southern Guizhou, and central and western Hunan have been hit by heavy to torrential rainfall, with localized areas experiencing extreme downpours. As a result, 12 medium and small rivers across multiple provinces have surpassed their flood warning levels. In response to this situation, relevant departments have promptly issued targeted early warnings to seven provinces and regions, aiming to guide the prevention and mitigation efforts against these heavy rains.
