The National Cultural Big Data Trading Center has introduced an international sound asset exchange, facilitating the registration and rights verification of sound assets like the Morin Khuur (a traditional Mongolian stringed instrument) and Kunqu Opera, transforming these assets into tradable digital cultural products. Initially, the platform consolidates sound relics and intangible cultural heritage resources from esteemed institutions such as the National Museum of China and the National Library of China. Looking ahead, it is anticipated to open its doors to enterprises and individuals in the coming year, expanding its scope to include the registration and trading of data and digital assets. The trading process encompasses registration, copyright acquisition, and more, with future plans to leverage AI large models to develop innovative cultural products infused with sound elements.
