Jiaoao Environmental Protection has recently come under investigation by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC) for potential breaches of information disclosure regulations. Despite this, the company assures that its daily business operations remain unaffected. Prior to this, the Zhejiang Securities Regulatory Bureau had issued warning notices to both the company and its relevant executives, highlighting that a subsidiary of Jiaoao failed to transfer construction in progress to fixed assets as stipulated, leading to inaccuracies in the 2022 and 2023 annual reports. Committed to the research, development, production, and sales of environmental plasticizers, stabilizers, and biomass energy, Jiaoao Environmental Protection vows to fully cooperate with the CSRC's investigation and uphold its obligations regarding information disclosure.
