UBS has officially confirmed that over 130,000 employees' personal information, including addresses and workplace locations, was compromised in a ransomware attack perpetrated by the hacker group World Leaks on external supplier Chain IQ. Notably, no customer data was involved in this breach. Chain IQ, a procurement service provider, was spun off from UBS in 2013.
