Lens Technology has announced the receipt of a filing notification from the China Securities Regulatory Commission (CSRC), signifying its intention to issue no more than 431 million overseas-listed ordinary shares and to list on the main board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. The company will issue a report on the issuance status within 15 working days following the listing.
