Shenzhen ROMOSS Technology Co., Ltd. has recently announced a recall of select ROMOSS-brand portable power banks produced between 2023 and 2024. Affected models include PAC20-272, PAC20-392, and PLT20A-152, totaling 491,745 units. The recall stems from issues with certain battery cell components, which could lead to overheating during use and potentially result in combustion under extreme conditions. To address this concern, ROMOSS will offer consumers free replacements with brand-new, safe power banks or full refunds.
