As early as April 2025, avid Windows enthusiasts detected hints of the clock's return in the development versions of Windows 11. Now, with the rollout of the latest updates in the Dev and Beta channels, Microsoft has officially integrated the clock feature into the taskbar calendar. Users have the option to enable a larger clock that includes seconds, ensuring a seamless transition from the design of Windows 10. For those who prefer not to display this feature, it can easily be disabled through the settings.
