On June 12, a passenger on an Indian Airlines flight from Delhi to Ahmedabad captured footage of various anomalies that occurred on the same aircraft's previous flight, which tragically crashed later. The passenger reported malfunctions in the air conditioning system, the entertainment system remote control, lighting, and other in-flight systems during their journey. Unfortunately, the subsequent flight of the same aircraft met with a crash shortly after takeoff.
