On June 4, a Boeing 737 MAX 8 passenger aircraft departed from Moses Lake Airport in the United States, bound for Boeing Field in Seattle. On June 6, it embarked on another journey, this time destined for Kailua-Kona Airport in Hawaii. This particular aircraft is one of three of the same model that initially flew to Boeing's plant in Zhoushan, Zhejiang Province, China, in March, only to be returned to the United States and stored in April. Previously, the delivery process of Boeing 737 MAX passenger planes had been hampered by Sino-US trade tensions and tariff disputes.
