At the Blue Knight Symposium hosted by the China New Employment Research Center on June 7, Ele.me disclosed its latest advancements in route planning algorithms, addressing riders' concerns and suggestions regarding travel logistics. Earlier this year, Ele.me introduced nine initiatives aimed at enhancing algorithm transparency and protecting riders' rights and interests. Building on this commitment, Ele.me has established an expert panel on instant delivery algorithms and launched a "Rider Rights and Interests Monthly Symposium" mechanism. To date, Ele.me has made public four core algorithms – "Order Dispatching," "Delivery Pricing," "Estimated Delivery Time," and "Route Planning" – through a series of symposia held in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and other cities.
By optimizing orders that are challenging to pick up or deliver, enhancing distance positioning accuracy, safeguarding new riders, pricing difficult orders reasonably, increasing route coincidence rates, and implementing other measures, Ele.me is creating a more robust system to protect riders' rights and interests.
