Recently, two new energy companies—Changsha Runshi New Energy Co., Ltd. and Chongren County Runshi New Energy Co., Ltd.—have been successively incorporated with registered capitals of RMB 580,000 and RMB 3.81 million, respectively. Both enterprises encompass a diverse range of operations, including power generation, transmission, supply, electrical installation, contract energy management, and, notably, battery sales. Additionally, they engage in IoT technology research and development, along with related services. According to the Aiqicha App, both companies are indirectly and fully owned by Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL).
