In an effort to curb the illicit outflow of strategic minerals, numerous regions nationwide are tightening their grip on regulatory controls. The Office of the National Coordination Mechanism for Export Control Work has promulgated the "Comprehensive Plan for Strengthening End-to-End Management of Strategic Mineral Exports." Regions such as Guizhou, Hunan, Guangxi, Jiangxi, and Yunnan will adhere to this plan, executing relevant measures in accordance with their respective areas of responsibility. The specific initiatives encompass: conducting a thorough survey and registration of strategic mineral export enterprises, bolstering the establishment of corporate compliance systems, elevating compliance awareness and capabilities, rigorously combating illegal mining activities, and fostering inter-regional cooperation mechanisms.
