Xu Fei, Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) of Xiaomi Group, has announced her concurrent appointment as General Manager of the International Market Department. She highlighted that the international market represents Xiaomi's largest arena for future growth and underscored the substantial premiumization potential within this sphere. A graduate of Tsinghua University, Xu Fei began her career at Google before joining Xiaomi in 2010, where she has since played a pivotal role in MIUI products. She also delivered the keynote address at the Xiaomi 14 Ultra launch event. Additionally, Zhang Jianhui has been promoted to Vice President of the Group and Chair of the Procurement Committee, marking a significant milestone as Xiaomi appoints two female executives to top positions simultaneously for the first time. Lei Jun, CEO of Xiaomi, emphasized that both Xu Fei and Zhang Jianhui have grown alongside the company, making invaluable contributions to its success.
