This upgraded service initially debuted in over 50 cities, with an ambitious goal of expanding nationwide by May 6. To mark this significant upgrade, Taobao Flash Sale has partnered with Ele.me to offer subsidies totaling over RMB 10 billion. This includes free orders, generous coupons, and other attractive perks. Ele.me's extensive supply resources, encompassing catering takeout services, are now fully accessible to Taobao Flash Sale. Simultaneously, leveraging Taobao's strength in branded e-commerce, Taobao Flash Sale will collaborate with city warehouses and offline stores, aiming to cover 200 core chain brands in the initial phase and opening branded instant retail flagship stores. At the organizational level, Taobao Flash Sale will assume full responsibility for all instant retail-related operations within the Taobao ecosystem, with Ele.me offering comprehensive support.
