On April 29, the Beijing Municipal Science and Technology Commission, in collaboration with the Zhongguancun Science and Technology Park Administrative Committee and other relevant departments, officially announced the Beijing Blockchain Innovation Application Development Action Plan (2025-2027). This comprehensive blueprint strives to significantly bolster the support capabilities of domestically controlled blockchain technology for the national digital infrastructure by the year 2027. The plan envisions achieving more than 10 pivotal breakthroughs in core technological domains, encompassing blockchain-specific chips, privacy protection advancements, and the implementation of PB-level trusted storage solutions. Furthermore, it aims to cultivate over 20 exemplary application scenarios across five key areas, including large AI models, thereby laying the groundwork for a nationally significant blockchain hub node.
