miHoYo has unveiled the third closed beta gameplay demo for "Honkai: Fate Elves," a new entry in its Honkai series. As a flagship urban creature-collection title, the game combines elf collection, auto-battler mechanics, and CRPG elements, advances the Honkai IP storyline, and adopts a hardware ray-tracing solution to enhance the dynamic visual experience. The third closed beta is set to begin on November 25, 2026, with an official launch in spring 2027. The third beta reduces grind and spending, eliminates unreasonable design elements found in traditional anime games and creature-collection titles, and lowers the barrier to progression. Currently, multiple top anime games are slated for release between late 2026 and early 2027, and the fierce competition is expected to drive a new round of reshuffling in the anime game market.
