Tongyi Petroleum Chemical Co., Ltd., a controlled subsidiary of Tongyi Co., Ltd., recently entered into a Strategic Coolant Cooperation Agreement with Contemporary Amperex Technology Co., Limited (CATL). Under this agreement, the two parties will collaborate on coolant technology innovation, commercialization of research outcomes, and industrialization. The agreement will remain in effect until December 31, 2029. As a framework agreement, it does not yet specify procurement volumes, transaction amounts, or pricing arrangements, and is therefore not expected to have a material impact on the Company's operating performance for the current year.
