WeChat is conducting a gray-scale test of its Sound Clarity Enhancement feature. The iOS and Android clients have added a standalone entry under "More Options" in Settings, while the HarmonyOS version remains in development. Previously available only in Care Mode, this feature is now accessible to all users. Before enabling it, users must complete a hearing clarity test, and the system will calibrate the appropriate sound clarity level accordingly—delivering clearer audio when listening to voice messages and during audio/video calls, thereby enhancing the overall voice communication experience.
