The growth of native HarmonyOS installations has accelerated noticeably. At an average rate of 200,000 units per day, installations are projected to reach 105.58 million units by December 5, breaking through the 100 million mark. Previously, the number of HarmonyOS single-framework terminal devices exceeded 90 million on October 1. It took roughly 40 days to grow from 80 million to 90 million, while growth from 90 million to 95 million was compressed to under 20 days. The industry regards 100 million users as the critical mass for the HarmonyOS ecosystem. Once this threshold is crossed, HarmonyOS will transition from the ecosystem introduction phase to the growth phase. The 2026 HarmonyOS Starlight Gala, scheduled for December 5, will most likely officially announce this milestone.
