During the National Day holiday, numerous humanoid robots were stationed in real-world service settings, such as tourist attractions, where they carried out guiding and interactive tasks. This marked a shift from their previous primary use in performance-based applications. Consequently, the humanoid robot rental market has witnessed significant changes. Previously, driven by the demand for commercial performances, there was a notable spike in rental requests, with daily fees soaring up to 10,000 yuan. However, as the rental paradigm shifts towards practical service applications, prices have normalized, with daily rental fees now falling below 1,000 yuan, and some models available for as little as 289 yuan per day. At present, close to 30 companies specializing in embodied artificial intelligence and robotics have ventured into sectors like culture, tourism, retail, and consumer services. During the National Day holiday, thousands of robots were actively deployed, with many also stationed in commercial plazas and offline stores to provide services.
