On the morning of August 26, the official website of the Ecological Environment Bureau in Yichun City, Jiangxi Province, released a statement. The statement clarified that, due to public concerns regarding the website utilized for the preliminary announcement of the environmental impact report concerning the mining project at the Zhenkouli-Jianxiawo lithium mine in Yifeng County, Jiangxi Province, conducted by Yichun Times New Energy Mining Co., Ltd., the initially proposed announcement regarding the acceptance of the project's environmental impact report has been retracted. It will be reissued once subsequent approvals fulfill the necessary criteria.
