As fund reports for the second quarter are gradually being released, the adjustment trends among the initial batch of “fixed income plus” funds are starting to come to light. By July 15, several products that have unveiled their quarterly reports have displayed promising trajectories. For instance, Chenghou Tianyi Enhanced Bond and Yongying Jiangxin Zengli Bond have both delivered returns surpassing 9% since the start of the year, largely attributed to their proactive boost in equity allocation. Data indicates that a majority of “fixed income plus” funds opted to augment their positions during the second quarter, with equity allocations generally increasing by 1 to 3 percentage points, and some products even nearing the 20% ceiling. Among these, technology growth stocks have emerged as a crucial element for these funds to attain above-average returns.
