Unigroup released an official announcement, revealing that its majority-owned subsidiary, Unicomputer, is set to bring in investors, including Yutie Zhisuan and Yancheng Huake, through a capital increase and share expansion initiative. The total capital injection amounts to RMB 440 million, with Unicomputer valued at RMB 600 million prior to the investment. Notably, Unigroup has chosen to forgo its pre-emptive subscription rights for this particular capital raise. Upon completion of the capital increase, Unicomputer's registered capital will surge to RMB 867 million. Consequently, Unigroup's ownership stake in Unicomputer will diminish from 51% to 29.42%. As a result of this transaction, Unicomputer will cease to be consolidated in Unigroup's financial statements.
