On July 3, GoldOrange made an announcement stating that it has successfully completed the industrial and commercial registration process for the changes resulting from its cash purchase of a 55% stake in Changchun Summit Optoelectronic Technology Co., Ltd. Following thorough mutual consultations, the agreed-upon transaction price for acquiring the 55% stake in Summit was determined to be RMB 178.75 million. With this change now in effect, GoldOrange proudly holds a 55% stake in Summit, which corresponds to a registered capital contribution of RMB 3.058 million.
