During this meeting, the board approved the "Proposal on Ruixin Company's Phase II Construction Project for the Digital Production Line of High-Power Doped Specialty Fiber". Ruixin Company, a subsidiary, intends to embark on the Phase II construction of its digital production line dedicated to high-power doped specialty fiber, with a total investment of 53.16 million yuan. This project will incorporate the addition of pivotal equipment, including MCVD systems, PCVD plasma chemical vapor deposition systems, and specialized fiber drawing towers. The overarching goal of this initiative is to bolster Ruixin Company's research and development (R&D) prowess and production capabilities in specialty fibers tailored for communication, lidar, laser medical applications, and other sectors. Furthermore, it aims to solidify the achievements in new technology research and industrialization, while enhancing the company's resilience against industrial risks and its competitiveness in the market.
