On June 25th, Han's Laser made an announcement stating that, in a bid to enhance its production capacity and foster the coordinated growth of its optical fiber business, its controlling subsidiaries—Yongtong Intelligent Manufacturing and Zhangjiagang Han's—are planning to invest in a project aimed at producing 60 million core-kilometers of optical fiber and preforms annually. This project will be situated in Zhangjiagang City, Jiangsu Province. The overall investment for the project is capped at 2.52 billion yuan, and it will be rolled out in two phases. The initial phase will necessitate an investment of 1.52 billion yuan, while the subsequent phase will require an additional 1 billion yuan.
