On June 16th, Transcom Information Technologies officially announced the signing of a Strategic Intent Cooperation Agreement with Zhejiang Geely Spaceway Technology Co., Ltd. This partnership aims to leverage Geely Spaceway's prowess in satellite constellation construction, operation, and industrial deployment, coupled with Transcom Information Technologies' extensive experience in communication test research & development and comprehensive verification technologies. Together, they will embark on an in-depth exploration of the satellite IoT domain.

To facilitate this collaboration, both parties will jointly establish the 'NTN Technology Collaborative Innovation Lab.' The scope of cooperation encompasses the development of testing systems, the refinement of quality standards, the pursuit of cutting-edge technological research and development, as well as the expansion into both domestic and international markets. It's worth noting that Geely Spaceway operates as a commercial aerospace enterprise under the umbrella of Geely Holding Group, bringing a wealth of industry knowledge and resources to the table.
