On April 21st, reports surfaced that on the 19th, the 'New Glenn' heavy-lift launch vehicle, developed by Blue Origin in the United States, encountered an issue during its launch mission. As a result, it failed to place the satellite into the predetermined orbit. At present, the rocket remains grounded. On the 20th, David Limp, the CEO of Blue Origin, announced that preliminary data suggested that during the second ignition of the rocket's second stage, one of the BE-3U engines generated inadequate thrust. This prevented the spacecraft from attaining its designated orbit. Currently, Blue Origin is conducting a thorough investigation into the incident under the oversight of the US Federal Aviation Administration. The company is meticulously analyzing data and implementing corrective actions, with the objective of resuming flights at the earliest opportunity.
