EVE Energy has announced that several proposals have received approval at the ninth session of its seventh board of directors. Firstly, the company is set to offer a guarantee for its subsidiary, EVE Hungary, not exceeding the equivalent of 42 million euros. This proposal will be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for further review. Secondly, EVE Energy plans to enter into an agreement with the Qidong Municipal Government to invest approximately 5 billion yuan in the establishment of a 50GWh energy storage (power) battery production base. Thirdly, the company also intends to sign an agreement with the Shanghang County Government to invest around 6 billion yuan in the construction of a 60GWh energy storage battery production base. Fourthly, EVE Energy plans to enter into a joint venture agreement with Longking, aiming to establish a joint venture company for business operations. All the aforementioned investment and joint venture proposals are subject to review by the company's shareholders' meeting.
