On March 29th, Guangdong witnessed a historic moment as China's inaugural automated production line for humanoid robots, capable of churning out up to 10,000 units annually, commenced operations. This milestone signifies China's foray into the large-scale mass production of humanoid robots within the industry. The production line, a collaborative effort between Dongfang Precision and Leju Robot, not only surpasses an annual capacity of 10,000 units but also ensures that a robot rolls off the assembly line every 30 minutes.
Employing full-process digital management and control, the production line elevates production efficiency by a remarkable 50%. Prior to leaving the factory, each robot undergoes a rigorous battery of 41 working condition simulation tests to guarantee optimal performance. Moreover, the production line is characterized by its highly flexible and adaptable process architecture, facilitating mixed-line production. Coupled with intelligent warehousing and automatic delivery systems, these features collectively enhance operational efficiency to unprecedented levels.
