Triangle Defense has officially announced its intention to form a collaborative joint venture alongside three esteemed partners: Xi'an Xice Testing Technology Co., Ltd., Xi'an Ruitou Energy Technology Co., Ltd., and Shaanxi Aerospace Power Research Institute Co., Ltd. This strategic alliance aims to pioneer advancements in satellite design, launch services, on-orbit monitoring and control, as well as comprehensive data services.
The proposed joint venture is slated to have a registered capital of 500 million yuan, with Triangle Defense committing 200 million yuan, thereby securing a 40% equity stake. While this significant investment is not anticipated to substantially affect the company's financial and operational performance in the near term, it is important to acknowledge the inherent risk that the returns on this investment may not align with initial projections.
