The plan suggests harnessing the guiding influence of the provincial strategic emerging industry mother fund to encourage relevant industrial special funds and sub-funds to invest in brain-computer interface projects that boast vast application potential and high growth prospects. It urges eligible regions to establish dedicated brain-computer interface industry investment funds, entice social capital investment, and nurture the growth of seed-stage and startup companies. Concurrently, leveraging the provincial comprehensive financial service platform for science and technology, the plan integrates government-bank collaborative credit products such as 'Sukedai' and 'Specialized, Refined, Distinctive, and Innovative Loans.' It encourages financial institutions to craft tailored financial products for the brain-computer interface sector and deliver one-stop, comprehensive science and technology financial services encompassing 'equity, debt, loans, insurance, and guarantees.'
