Barring any unforeseen circumstances, Windows 11 will roll out its Tuesday patch update today. While this update doesn't introduce a plethora of new features, its standout addition is the support for network speed testing. The need for network speed testing varies from time to time, and currently, it can be a bit of a hassle to locate a suitable tool. Hence, Windows 11's inclusion of speed testing support is incredibly convenient. Users can access the speed test function by simply right-clicking the network icon located in the system tray or by navigating to the Wi-Fi or cellular page within the Quick Settings interface. Upon selection, the browser will open a Bing page, which will then proceed to conduct a network test using the user's internet connection. However, it's worth noting that this function isn't entirely native to Windows 11; rather, it directs users to the Bing network test tool, which, in turn, utilizes Ookla's renowned testing tool.
