At the 2026 Beijing TV Spring Festival Gala, a team of robots showcased their culinary prowess with a 'Dumpling-Making Mastery' act. These robots crafted dumplings at a remarkable pace of 0.8 seconds each, executing movements with fluid precision and even leaving distinct fingerprints on the dumpling wrappers. This feat was achieved through the seamless coordination of 21 degrees of freedom in their joints. Among the performers, RealBOT, a wheeled folding robot developed by Realman, displayed exceptional adaptability to various scenarios. It successfully tackled the challenge of 'grasping transparent objects' by utilizing a 6D visual positioning system and pressure sensors integrated into its flexible grippers. Moreover, Realman facilitated real-time interaction between the training center and the Spring Festival Gala venue, leveraging technological support from a 'hardware + data + remote operation network'. This enabled the robots to accomplish challenging tasks while gathering valuable real-world scene data. This performance not only highlighted the practical capabilities of robots but also indicated that robotics technology is rapidly transitioning from the laboratory to our daily lives.
