The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and SpaceX teams have completed the launch readiness review for the Crew-12 mission, with mission leaders approving the commencement of the launch countdown. Currently, they are only awaiting favorable weather conditions for the ascent trajectory. The launch is tentatively scheduled for 5:15 AM Eastern Time on February 13 (18:15:00 Beijing Time), utilizing SpaceX's Dragon spacecraft and Falcon 9 rocket for liftoff from Cape Canaveral Space Force Station in Florida. Currently, there is an 85% probability of favorable weather at the launch site, with the primary concern being cumulus clouds. The team is still monitoring elevated wind speeds along the Atlantic coast along the flight path, a factor that previously led to the postponement of the launch date from February 11. The mission crew consists of four astronauts who will undertake an 8-month crew rotation mission. Since arriving at the launch site on February 6, they have been in quarantine at the Kennedy Space Center. This mission marks the 12th crewed rotation flight and the 13th crewed mission to the space station conducted by SpaceX under NASA's Commercial Crew Program. If the launch proceeds smoothly on February 13, the crew is expected to arrive at the International Space Station at 3:15 PM on February 14.
