Microsoft did not release a new Windows 11 preview build this Wednesday, but it pushed updates for built-in apps such as Notepad and Paint to members of the Windows Insider Program. The new Notepad enhances Markdown formatting capabilities, adding support for strikethrough and nested lists, and introduces a 'Welcome Experience' interface, optimizing the display of AI-generated content. The Paint app has added an AI-based 'Coloring Book' feature that can generate pages based on text prompts, along with a 'Fill Tolerance' slider to adjust coloring precision.
