On January 20, 2026, QuantumCTek made an announcement stating its intention to sign a license contract for the implementation of patents and proprietary technologies with the University of Science and Technology of China. The deal encompasses 4 patents, 3 software copyrights, and 2 proprietary technologies. In return, QuantumCTek will pay an initial entry fee as well as ongoing sales royalties.
Simultaneously, the company is also set to enter into an identical contract with another entity that holds rights to the aforementioned technological achievements.
