Located in Shuangliu District, Chengdu, i-Space's production headquarters base for reusable liquid carrier rockets is projected to reach full completion by December 2026. This state-of-the-art facility will house four assembly production lines and two testing production lines, boasting a designed annual production capacity of 20 Hyperbola-3 rockets. From 2027 to 2028, the production capacity is anticipated to experience a steady, year-on-year increase.

With a strong emphasis on core technologies, approximately 70% of the project's components are engineered to be reusable. This strategic move is poised to significantly slash launch costs and provide robust support for the advancement of the aerospace industry.

The base will harness cutting-edge digital and intelligent manufacturing technologies. It will deploy intelligent special-purpose robots to carry out unmanned operations, dramatically reducing the production cycle from several days to a mere 4 to 5 hours. This efficiency boost will be instrumental in ensuring the attainment of the production capacity goals.
