The occurrence of black screens is potentially linked to issues with the update itself or incompatibilities with GPU drivers. In response, Microsoft has promptly issued emergency updates, such as KB5077744 and KB5077797, aimed at rectifying the shutdown and Remote Desktop glitches. However, the persistent issue causing Outlook Classic to crash has yet to be resolved.
