Hardware modification aficionado TrashBench has embarked on a new and intriguing project: repurposing a standard CPU air cooler into an integrated graphics card water cooler, with the aim of pushing the boundaries of extreme overclocking. The star of this experiment is the Thermalright Peerless Assassin air cooler, renowned for its already impressive cooling capabilities. During the modification process, TrashBench began by removing the heat sink. Subsequently, he meticulously sliced off the tops of the exposed heat pipes, effectively converting the internal chambers of these pipes into pathways for water circulation.
