On December 3, Sheng Qiuping, the Vice Minister of Commerce, held a meeting with Ban Chongji, who serves as an advisor to Thailand's Minister of Commerce. During the meeting, Sheng Qiuping emphasized that this year commemorates the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic ties between China and Thailand, a milestone marked by significant accomplishments in their economic and trade collaboration. He expressed China's eagerness to collaborate closely with Thailand, aiming to put into action the agreements reached by the leaders of both nations. This includes broadening bilateral trade and mutual investment, fostering cooperation throughout the entire industrial chain of the digital economy, with e-commerce as a driving force. Additionally, China extends a warm invitation to Thailand to participate in key exhibitions, such as the Global Digital Trade Expo, to jointly seize new prospects for open development.
