Ningbo Fangzheng made an announcement, stating that it has entered into a Strategic Cooperation Agreement with Ningbo Huaxiang Qiyuan Technology. In this agreement, the two entities will forge a strategic partnership, pool their R&D (Research and Development) and manufacturing capabilities, and intensify their collaboration in fields like the production of universal robotic components and the deployment of complete robotic systems. Huaxiang Qiyuan, a fully-owned subsidiary of Ningbo Huaxiang Electronic Co., Ltd., is a specialist in intelligent robot manufacturing. The collaboration will focus on the joint development and high-volume production of precision structural parts, joint modules, and other essential components for robotic products. One party will take charge of the design requirements and solution validation for the relevant products. Meanwhile, both parties will work hand-in-hand on the development of production processes, prototype fabrication, and the execution of large-scale production.
